With over 35 years as a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker, David Errico brings deep expertise to Winchester, where he’s proudly served as a long-time resident (57 years) and community leader, including roles as an Assessor and on the Select Board. He has earned advanced degrees in Accounting (Villanova University) and Real Estate (MIT). Specializing in all property types, David also offers dedicated guidance for seniors and families seeking specialized housing options.
With a decade as a licensed Massachusetts real estate salesperson and over 25 years as a Winchester resident, Kelly Errico brings local expertise and dedication to the community. Formerly with Waterfield Sotheby’s, Kelly has sold over 40 homes in Winchester and has built more than 50 fine homes, offering clients unmatched insight into both buying and building in the area.
